Ordered the wrong item? Can’t use it? Need something else? No problem. At Home Design Hardware, we want to make things right.

Simply fill out the form here to start the return process.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days. All other returns must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Please include your order number and order date when requesting a return.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
An RMA number and return instructions will be sent to you after we receive your return form. Please include this number when you ship the items back to Home Design Hardware.
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive a credit back to your original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges for products. Please request a return for the item you wish to exchange, and then place an order for the new item.
